Research Interests

I’m interested in direct imaging of exoplanets and the high contrast imaging techniques/instrumentation related to the field, in particular coronagraphy and interferometry. I’m also interested in the indomitable search for finding habitable worlds in the universe

My masters thesis focuses on two projects, the primary one is to develop a modern linux-based telescope control system for the IUCAA Girawali Observatory. Additionally, I’m doing laboratory characterization of HAWAII-HxRG infrared detectors using the in-lab designed ISDEC controllers.
